Website
The website is static. It has no user accounts, contact forms, advertising trackers, analytics scripts. It does not intentionally set first-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Like most websites, the hosting infrastructure may process standard technical request information such as an IP address, browser information, requested URL, date and time. This information may appear in short-lived server logs used for security, reliability and troubleshooting. Broken Man Studios does not use those logs to build advertising profiles or sell personal data.
If you email Broken Man Studios, the studio receives the address and information you choose to provide. It is used to read and respond to the message, maintain necessary correspondence and protect against abuse. Do not send information you do not want included in that correspondence.

Changes
This notice will be updated before the studio adds analytics, advertising pixels, mailing-list software, forms or another feature that materially changes how personal data is handled.
