Privacy Policy for FrameBench

FrameBench for iPhone and iPad is a picture-framing planning utility published by Broken Man Studios. This policy covers the iOS app and its TestFlight builds.
Data collection
FrameBench requires no app account and includes no advertising or analytics SDKs. Calculations run on your device. Broken Man Studios does not operate a FrameBench backend or collect, sell or share your app data through developer-controlled servers.
Your jobs and workshop details
Measurements, saved jobs, customer references, workshop names and contact lines, notes, rate presets and Pro access information are stored locally in the app. Customer and workshop information is information you choose to enter; it is not uploaded to Broken Man Studios.
You can edit or delete saved jobs in the app. Device backup and restoration are controlled by your iPhone or iPad and Apple Account settings. Removing the app's data removes its local records; any device backups or PDFs you exported are managed separately by you and their providers.
Purchases and restoration
FrameBench Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription. Apple processes purchases through the App Store and provides the app with product information, localized prices and transaction or entitlement information needed to unlock, reconcile and restore Pro. Broken Man Studios does not receive your payment-card details or Apple password. Apple handles purchase records under its own terms and privacy policy.
An internet connection is needed to fetch App Store product information, buy or restore Pro. Calculations, saved jobs and PDF creation run locally.
PDF exports
Work orders and client quotes are generated on your device. They can contain the job, customer reference and workshop information you entered. A file leaves the app only when you choose a destination through the system share sheet. Check the document before sharing it; the selected service handles its own copy under its privacy practices.
Permissions
FrameBench does not request access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone. It does not track you across apps or websites.
Support and TestFlight
If you email the studio, we receive the address, message and attachments you choose to send and use them to respond and investigate the request. Do not send Apple passwords or payment credentials. Contact us about access to or deletion of support correspondence.
During TestFlight testing, Apple may provide diagnostics and feedback, including comments or screenshots you submit, through its testing tools. This is separate from analytics embedded in the app and is governed by Apple's TestFlight and device privacy settings.
Children's privacy
FrameBench is a professional picture-framing utility, not a child-directed service. It does not request children's personal information or include social networking or messaging features.
Changes
If a future version changes these practices, this policy and the relevant App Store privacy information will be updated before release.

FrameBench is an Android picture-framing calculation utility published by Broken Man Studios. This policy describes how the FrameBench application handles information.
Data collection and sharing
FrameBench performs calculations on the user's device. It does not require an account and does not use advertising or analytics SDKs. Broken Man Studios does not collect, sell or share personal data from FrameBench through developer-controlled servers.
Measurements, prices, customer or job labels, and other values entered by the user remain in the application's private local storage. FrameBench has no developer-operated backend service.
Saved projects
Saved framing projects are stored locally on the device. Users can delete saved projects in the app. Broken Man Studios does not receive or retain a server copy. Android and the user's Google account settings control device backup, restoration and removal of application data.
Purchases
FrameBench offers an optional one-time Pro purchase. Google Play processes the transaction and provides FrameBench with the product identifier, localized price and purchase or entitlement status needed to buy, unlock and restore Pro. Broken Man Studios does not receive or store payment-card or bank-account details. Google handles purchase information under the Google Privacy Policy and Google Play Terms of Service.
PDF sharing
FrameBench generates PDF work orders locally. A PDF leaves the app only when the user deliberately chooses a destination through Android's system share sheet. The privacy practices of the selected destination are governed by its provider.
Permissions and network access
FrameBench does not request access to photos, files, contacts, location, camera or microphone. Network access is used to communicate with Google Play for product information, purchases and restoration. Calculations, saved projects and PDF creation remain local.
Children's privacy
FrameBench is a professional utility for picture-framing work and is not directed to children. It does not knowingly collect personal information from any user.
Retention and deletion
Broken Man Studios does not receive or retain FrameBench user data on developer-controlled servers. Local projects remain in application storage until the user deletes them or Android removes the application's data. Google Play retains and manages purchase records under the user's Google account.
Changes
If FrameBench later adds accounts, analytics, advertising, cloud storage or another feature that changes these practices, this policy and the Google Play Data safety declaration will be updated before that version is released.
